“The Firm” Goes Back; to Flesh and Blood J. C. Williamson, Ltd., have de- j cided to go back to legitimate plays j at their Sydney house, the Theatre Royal. This was formerly wired for talkies, but public opinion has decided “the firm” to go back to flesh and blood productions. Leon Gordon’s company opened there last week in “Murder on the Second Floor,” which will be Gordon’s farewell production in Australia. William Faversham, an Englishman who has made a name in America, will j follow with "The Prince and the Pauper.” and other plays. A little later Edith Taliaferro, the i original “Rebecca of Sunnybrook! Farm,” will be the principal in a com- j edy season.
