Musical Comedy at His Majesty’s

“LIDO LADY” TONIGHT j This evening the Freddie Forbes Musical Comedy Company opens a season at His Majesty’s Theatre under the Fuller management. “Lido Lady,” which had a big London success, is the opening production. This will be followed by "Archie,” “Tangerine,” “Mercenary

Mary,” “Nellie Kelly,” and several other pieces. In all probability the company will be appearing at His Majesty’s for some weeks before returning to Australia. Mr. Forbes comes with the reputation of being a good comedian. He will be supported by Catherine Stewart, Betty Lambert, Vera St. John (once of the Allan Wilkie Shakespearian Company), Verna Bain, Aster Faire, the Arney Brothers, the Big Four and a full chorus and ballet.
