From Our Resident Reporter WELLINGTON, Today. Mr. H. D. C. Adams has been appointed assistant law draftsman in the Law Drafting Office, to replace Mn T. D. H. Hall, who was recently appointed Clerk of the House of Representatives. Mr. Adams, who is a son of Dr. C. E. Adams, Government astronomer and seismologist, was born at Napier and educated in Wellington. In 1918 he graduated LL.B. and practised in Hamilton for over six years as a barrister and solicitor. A few* months ago he returned to Wellington and entered the legal division of the Public Trust Office.
