POWER FOR FASCIST
NEW BILL INTRODUCED TO CHAMBER Reed. 9.5 a.m. ROME, Friday. A further great constitutional change is foreshadowed in a Bill that has been introduced into the Italian Chamber of Deputies. The effect would be to make the Fascist Grand Council the co-equal of the King and Parliament. The Bill provides in the preamble that all laws shall contain words following the King’s name, signifying that the consent of the council has been given.
