JUDGE GRANTS INCREASE ANNUITY UNDER WILL From Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON. Today. Judgment was given by Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court today iu the case in which Mrs. Stade, Auckland, applied to have an allowance of £ l a week under the will of her late husband, F. A. Stade, of Eltham, increased to £4 a w’eek. His Honour’s order -was that the increase be £BO per annum, making a total annuity of £2 10s a week.
