RATEPAYERS TO DECIDE A special meeting of the Borough Council was held last eVcn sJe ; to discuss fire brigade questions, ti. Mayor, Air. J. P. AlcPhail. presided. After a lengthy discussion regarding forming a fire board for the boroupn. it was decided to take a poll of ratepayers on the question on ? , nesday, April 2.
