ANOTHER STRANGE CASE IN FRANCE FORMERLY OF SECRET POLICE PARIS, Monday. W liite Russians in France again have cause for consternation, in the mysterious disappearance of Dumbadze, formerly an officer of the Russian secret police who became antiBolshevik. The Grand Duke Cyril has issued a manifesto, calling on the White Russians to unite more closely against Bolshevism.
