COLLEGE COMMANDER
APPOINTMENT OF AIR VICE-MARSHAL-British Official Wireless RUGBY, Monday. Air Vice-Marshal Sir Robert BrookePopham, at present in command of the Royal Air Force in Iraq,, has been appointed commander of the Imperial Defence College, in succession to Major-General Bartholomew, who is to vacate the post at the end of December. The appointment at present is for a period or two years. It is filled by each of the services in turn.
