WASTE-PAPER BASKETS
Furniture for the country cottage is becoming as elaborate as for the town house, and nowadays it has to be attractive as well as useful. Even the waste-paper baskets, which used to be such dull objects, are now found In gay colours and attractive designs. One example is made of nat->iral-coloured wicker work, embroidered in raffia, the design being composed of hollyhocks, which are shown growing up the sides of the basket.
