Sir Francis Bell is staying at the Grand Hotel. Mr. Ernest Bell, of Chriatchurcb, has arrived in Auckland to attend the Librarians' Conference. Dr. Guy Scholefleld, of Wellington, the Parliamentary Librarian, is at present in Auckland, and is staying at the Royal Hotel. Mr. A. G. Strahun, of the Auckland City Treasurers department, was appointed Town Clerk and Treasurer of Morrlnsville. at a special meeting of the Borough Council last evening. HOTEL REGISTER Grand. —Mr. It.
