CUT TO PIECES BY TRAIN
STATION LABOURER KILLED TRAGEDY AT THORNDON Press Associat ion WELLINGTON, Today. Samuel Prestige, a married man, aged 65, employed at the Thorndon railway yards as an occasional coal man, was cut to pieces by a train from lhe Hutt Valley this morning. The accident took place almost opposite the Thorndon Station signal-box. It is stated that the driver of the train did not see Prestige.
