CHARGES DISMISSED
MOTORIST PROSECUTED Charges against Frederick J»o®l Mandeno of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car, driving & motor-car in a manner liable to be dangerous to the public, and refusing to give his name after an accident, were dismissed by Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M., at the Otahuhu Police Court yesterday afternoon.
