New members should fit, m the enrolment ronn oelmr. Children of 15 and under may join Happy Town. Stories, poems, etc., should be written on only one side of the paper, with the name, age and address of the competitor on the top right-hand corner of the first sheet. In the case of stories or essays the number of words should be stated. Painting, needleicork and puzzle entries should have the name, age and address attached.
