The New Zealand Loan and Mercantue Agency Company, Limited, Hamilton. reports holding a horse sale at Te Awamutu on Wednesday, the 26th ins:., "hen it submitted 108 horses of all classes to a good attendance of buyers competition ruled throughout for jnedium draughts and useful farm horses. Good quality medium draughts, * to 7 years old, realised from £3O to more aged ditto. £lB to £25; r *rm horses with trials. £ls to £22; more aged ditto, £8 to £l2; light harass horses, £7 10s to £l6 10s; hacks and cobs. £3 to £6. Horses on account of Mr. \V. Finlay made from to £3B for the medium sorts, an l *•-0 to £24 for the lighter class; creaking-in vehicles, harness, etc., at rates. STOCK EXCHANGE CLOSED Auckland Stock Exchange was osed this morning on account of the a. and P. Show.
