UNFAITHFUL HUSBAND
WIFE SECURES DIVORCE On tlio ground that her husband had committed misconduct, Alice Eleanor Carberrv (Mr. Singer) was granted a decree nisi in the Supreme Court against Leonard Osborne Carberry IMr. Meredith). The case was heard before Mr. Justice Herdman in camera. The parties were married on Janaary 30, 1922. The decree is to be made absolute in three months, respondent being ordered to pay the costs.
