BANKRUPTCY ANNULLED

WOMAN GRANTED ORDER Mrs. Mary Dunne, of Remuera, wh«* had been adjudged a bankrupt in Jan uary, was granted an annulment in the Supreme Court this morning. Her counsel, Mr. S. W. W. Tong, in making the application, said th" order had really been made by mistake. Mrs. Dunne. who was a woman of considerable means, had since paid a liability of £ 35. The court had no hesitation in granting the order of annulment.
