Lupin. King Feisal arrived at the rendezvous in the S.S. Neurchus and Ibn Saud in the cable-ship Patrick Stewart. and on boarding the Lupin, which arrived with Sir Francis Humphrys, the British High Commissioner in Iraq, the two monarchs exchanged welcomes, embraced, and walked hand-in-hand to the saloon. A British seaplane arrived with messages for the monarchs, conveying the British Government's good wishes for the outcome of the meeting. Both kings expressed gratitude to the British Government and the officials for their efforts to mend old feuds between the Arab races and for arranging their meetings. Conferences followed in which the kings and their Ministers, assisted by British officials, participated, and an agreement was reached rroviding for the establishment of neighbourly relations and the settlement of outstanding difficulties. The two kings returned to their respective capitals after further expressions of mutual goodwill and gratitude for the part played by the Eritish Government representatives.
