Clarke, when the committee of the Rotorua Athletic and Axemen s committee met on Monday. It d* - elded to affiliate with the New* Zealand Scottish Piping and Dancing Association, and arrangements were made whereby side show’s would be charged for the use of the ground on th# day of the sport*, Easter Saturday.
