XKW TRADE COMMISSIONER.— A Canberra message states that it is understood that the Federal Ministry has recalled Mr. R. A. Haynes. Australian Trade Commissioner in Canada, who was appointed by the Bruce-Page Ministry for five years from April last year. Mr. Haynes is now on his way back to Australia. It is believed his successor will be the present Collector oC Customs in Queensland, Mr. K. B.
