FRACAS AT CHICAGO. —Spurred on by speeches delivered at a mass meeting in a small hall in Chicago, several hundred men and women Reds attempted to rush the City Hall on Saturday. They demanded work and wages. The demonstration, was soon suppressed by 220 policemen. Thirty arrests were made. There were several casualties.
