CHARGES OF TREASON
GERP4AN MUNITION FIRMS’ TRADE DEALINGS WITH ENGLAND Reed. 11 a.m. BERLIN, Sunday. The Public Prosecutor is investigating charges of treason against the munitions firms of Krupps and Thyssens, following allegations in Otto Ruschbueld’s book entitled, “The Bloody International of Armament," that Krupps sold shields to Englaml for £3 Ss each, -while charging Get many £6 8s; also that the firm sold fuses to England. The writer alleged that both firms sent munitions to England via Holland and Switzerland; also that the Kaiser insisted on the orders being given to Krupps, whose material was inferior, owing to a personal interest in that concern.
