HAMLET OVERWHELMED
THIRTEEN KILLED BY ITALIAN AVALANCHE SOLDIERS SEARCHING RUINS United P.A.-—By Telegraph—Copyright Reed. 9 a.m. ROME, Sunday. Thirteen are dead, five are injured, and seven are missing, after an avalanche which was caused by a succession of heavy snowfalls. Rolling down Experano Mountain, it overwhelmed 40 houses in the hamlet of Dimezzo, in Bologna. Soldiers and others are digging and searching the ruins.
