FUNCTIONS OF TWIN CONFERENCES OPENING IN SEPTEMBER British Official Wireless Reed. noon. RUGBY, Friday. It Is considered probable that economic, rather than political problems, will be the main concern of the Imperial Conference, which will open on September 30, in London, and that the work of the Imperial Economic Conference, which will meet about the same time, will be merged in It. The Colonial Conference, which will deal with questions in connection with the administration of crown colonies will also meet in London this year, probably in June or July.
The last> Colonial Conference was held in 1927, and as on that occasion, Governors and administrators will be the chief delegates.
