STUFFED GRAPEFRUIT
A medium sized grapefruit should j i be cut and cleaned, cutting the membrane, but leaving the pulp in its I j original position, in order to make I l stuffed grapefruit. The centre is then j | filled with two tablespoonfuls of sugar i I to which one tablespoonful of grated ! j pineapple has been added. This should i ; be chilled and, just before it is served. ! J sprinkled with chopped pistachio nuts j | and chopped maraschino cherries.
