ST. PATRICK'S DAY SPORTS
Sports and competitions will be staged on the Domain on Saturday, March 15, in connection with St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. The events will include flat sprints up to middle distance events, .cycling-, both professional and amateur, for which good prize money and trophies are offered, and tug-of-war. Children will be well catered for with classes for decorative vehicles. A competition likely to attract much interest and attention is that for poster and costume advertisements of New Zealand-made goods.
