Booming in Wanganui Athletics are booming in the Wanganui district, and the local club has issued a challenge to run any club in the Dominion in a two-mile relay race, each man to run half a mile. Its team consists of Pawson, H. Gibbons, H. E. f>. Newton and Evans, a very strong club combination.
