OLD DOCK SITE
BUS TERMINUS SCHEME Tentative negotiations to acquire a portion of the Old Dock Site for * loading station for omnibuses are to be entered into by the City Council with the Harbour Board. The decision was made last evening on the recommendation of the Town Planning Committee, which has been in communication with the board on the question. The board is s*" pared to consider the sale of an to the council. Cr. Grey Campbell, stressing need for prompt action on the coi* oil’s part, said the area would be invaluable to the City in the event oi the construction of the Waitemata Harbour Bridge. *
