TO BE REPRESENTED Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday A decision to urge upon the Govern- _ i ment that New Zealand be represented * at the first international congress on mental hygiene, to be held at Washington in May, was made at the annual meeting of the New Zealand National Council of Mental Hygiene, held in £ Christchurch today. 3 The executive was empowered to - act upon further suggestions that a conference on mental health and social 3 problems be held at Wellington in 1931. - and that a New Zealand foundation of mental hygiene be instituted. *
