CHURCH PRESENTATIONS

Mr. Ronald Sinclair, Avho is leaA'ing for England to take one of the two positions in the diplomatic service provided for NeAv Zealanders by the British Government, was congratulated at a function arranged by the congregation of the Epsom Methodist Church. The Rev. E. Drake and Messrs. Peak and Burley mentioned the value of Mr. Sinclanr s Avork in the Church. A Bible from the Sunday school and a rug from the trustees and the congregation were presented to Mr. Sinclair. An electric table lamp Avas given to Mr. J. A. Wallbank, who was married recently, at the annual social of the Mount Eden Methodist Church choir. Mr. P. Dellow, the choirmaster, referred to the service given to the choir by Mr. Wallbank in 16 years.
