CHILDREN’S ACCIDENTS (16) £5 will be paid to the parent whose name appears on the registration form in the event of an accident to his or her child over the age of six and under the age of 16 years causing broken arm above the wrist or broken leg above the ankle, providing 6uch accident Is the direct result of one of the aforemen-' tioned and defined accidents and does not occur during employment.
