EVENTS AT HAMILTON Special to THE SUN HAMILTON, Today. The New Zealand and Auckland men’s swimming champion, Gordon Bridson, won the 50 yards sprint in fair time at the annual carnival last evening of the Old Boys’ and Hamilton Ladies’ Swimming Clubs. Bridson was heavily handicapped in the 100 yards, but swam second. His appearance .here resulted in a packed attendance at the municipal baths. Results: 50yds. Men’s Handicap.—G. Bridson, scr, 1; W.
