FEDERAL CAUCUS FORMED LABOUR PARTY’S DISPLEASURE Reed. 11 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. Five New South Wales members have been formed into a Federal caucus against Mr. E. G. Theodore, whose refusal to carry out the instructions of the Australian Labour Party Conference, regarding the coalfields troubles, has brought him into conflict with the political junta. The latter is also displeased with the actions of Mr. J. A. Beasley, AssistantMinister of Industries.
