MUNICIPAL ASSOCIATION
CONFERENCE AT INVERCARGILL Tho annual conference of the Municipal Association of New Zealand, will be held at Invercargill from Wednesday, March 5. The Mayor of Auckland. Mr.. G. Baildon, will leave for the meeting on Saturday, March 1. A list of remits will come before the conference, the largest batch coming from Dargaville and Nelson. A meeting of the executive of the association consisting of the mayors of the four principal centres, with the Mayor of Wanganui in attendance, will precede the general meeting of delegates. The Mayor of Wanganui will be present because the conference was held in his town last year.
