FINALS OF DANCING
CONTESTS AT LUNA PARK Last evening saw the finals of th* dancing contests organised by the National Dancing Society aDd held a: Luna Park for the past week. The results were:—Reel o’ Tulloch (open): Irene Long, 1; Catherine Reed, 2; Gretta McLoghlin, 3. Irish Jig (open): Irene Long, 1; Elogie Croak, 2; Alister McCowan, 3. Novice sailors’ hornpipe Jean Greenwood, 1: Joyce Clark, Patricia Boyle, 3. The Luna Park Cu? was won by Miss Irene Long with points. Mr. Henry Hayward, who presented the prizes, complimented the comp* 1 ’ itors on the high standard of the f work. Luna Park will be open in fiitu"• every Friday and Saturday evening also on Saturday afternoons until fn '* ther notice. All amusement device will be available to patrons.
