SHEFFIELD SHIELD CRICKET EASY WIN AT ADELAIDE ADELAIDE, Monday. In the final Sheffield Shield cricket match against South Australia, Victoria in its second innings made 43S (J- Ellis 68). Grimmett took five wickets for 15 runs, Whitfield two for 40, Carlton two for S2, Wall one for 54. South Australia in its second innings made 223 (..Lee 37, Kichardson IS, Hone 47). Ironmonger took five wickets for 8S runs, and A’Beckett three for 20. Victoria won by 22 3 runs, and also won the shield. 7sew South Wales was runner-up.
