P. Hally, Conciliation Commissioner, le.ft by train for Wellington last evening. Squadron-Leader L. M. Isitt, Officer Commanding the Hobsonville Air Base, is visiting the South Island. Dr. Bruce Mackenzie, Mr. Kenneth Mackenzie and Mr. Clutha Mackenzie returned by the Limited express today from Dunedin. They have been attending the funeral of their father. Sir Thomas Mackenzie. Mr. Waiter Coath, of Auckland, who is returning from an extended trip to Kngland, has visited the East Coast of Africa. Before embarking for Australia and New Zealand he intends to travel through Zanzibar and Rhodesia and visit Durban. Bishop Molyneux, Bishop of Melanesia, who recently underwent an operation in Auckland, is now convalescent and is the guest of Canon Kancourt at St. Mary’s Vicarage.
