DE U BUMPS BOULOGNE.—Following recent terrific gales, thousands of tons of earth, overlooking the Boulevard St. Beuve, Boulogne, slid inch by inch toward the sea, threatening the Hotel Imperial and houses in the vicinity. The hotel staff made all haste to remove the furniture. Photograph shows the landslide advancing on the back of the Hotel Imperial. In the background is the harbour of Boulogne.
