REVOLT IN SPAIN
CLIMAX TO STRIKE IN VALENCIA PROMPT GOVERNMENT MOVE LONDON, Thursday. The Madrid correspondent of the “Daily News” says a serious Republican revolt is reported to have broken out at Sagunto, near Valencia. A strike, affecting 4,000 workers, has been in progress there for nearly two months. Two hundred Civic Guards have reinforced the Sagunto police force. The Government has prohibited strangers from entering the town.
