ROTORUA CROQUET CLUB

Prom Our Own Corespondent ROTORUA, Thursday. The committee of the Rotorua Croquet Club is proving itself most thorough in making arrangements for the entertainment of its visitors and the lawns continue to be crowded daily. A handicap doubles event yesterday was won by Mrs. Burrett and Mr. Managh. Mesdames Holland and Hogan, Purser and Penn, Barry and Kerr, and J. and F. Adamson tied for second place, Mesdames Barry and Kerr winning the draw. Other competitions were played and were won as follow;—Circle croquet, Miss Card; ladder croquet, Mrs. J. Adamson; putting, Mrs. Blencowe and Miss Fair tied; target croquet, Miss Card.
