INVENTIONS THAT SAVE WORK
The scrubbing o£ wood is a tiresome business. That is why every woman who possibly can has an enamel top to her kitchen table. Or, if she cannot, she at least covers it with a substantial quality American Cloth. Now it seems that the draining board is to go the way of all wood, and be covered with a grease-resisting surface. This time the protection is of aluminium. It is grooved like a wooden draining board, and the aluminium is polished so that it gleams like silver. It is very easy to keep clean, and may be fitted on top of the existing drainer, or with the aid of brackets installed as a separate fitment. The sink end of the drainer is curved so that it fits over the rim of the sink, and so quickly drains away the water.
