NORTHCOTE TO HOLD FAIR To raise their quota of the necessary funds for the establishment and equipment of the dental clinic for the I'Torthcote and Birkenhead districts, the Northcote Primary Schools’ Committee, in conjunction with the Northcote Women’s Progressive League, has decided to hold a fair and Paddy's market in the Northcote iPrimary School ground on March 15. At a largley attended meeting last evening the following committee was elected:—Progressive League, Mrs. A. Taylor, Mrs. McLaughlin, Mrs. Swinburne. Miss Couldrey and Miss Mackay; School Committee, Messrs. A. E. Harding, H. Shaw, J. Fawcett, R. Neville and F. Whitcombe. It was decided that a portion of the proceeds of the fair be donated to the Auckland Sunshine League. It is estimated that the total amount required is £SO, and the committee is expecting a generous response to its efforts from the parents of the children attending the school.
