GRAVE CHARGE
LABOURER FOR TRIAL
Pleading not guilty to a charge of indecently assaulting a girl aged 10 years and eight months, at Parnell on December 18, Albert Bache. a labourer, aged 41, appeared at. the Police Court this morning and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Mr. Noble,'who appeared for Bache, made no request for bail.
