PIPER AND KAY ON FRENCH SOIL LEAVE FOR PISA Reed. 1 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. A message from Marseilles states that Flying-Officers H. L. Piper and C. Kay, who are flying to Australia, arrived there and later left Pugot for Pisa A message from Lyons earlier reported that Flying-Officers Piper and Kav were prevented from resuming their flight to Italy by heavy snowfalls and thick mist.
