TOMATO MINCEMEAT pvLICE a number of green tomatoes and sprinkle them well with salt. Put them into a bag and hang up to drip all night. The sail that remains on the tomato need not be washed off. in the mornin'• take equal weights of sugar ancl tomatoes and cool: until tomatoes are thoroughly done. To 7 lb of the mixture add ‘Mb of seedless raisins , with mace and cinnamon to taste. Cook for a little time after adding the seasoning and put into jars. Very nice for small pies and tarts.
