ARBITRATION COURT
AUCKLAND SESSION RESUMES AFTER VACATION FIXTURE LIST PREPARED The Auckland sitting of the Arbitration Court, which was begun in December,. was- resumed this morning after the’ ’ holiday vacation. Mr. Justice Frazer presided. Today was given to the making of fixtures, which will occupy the court until February 27. The list of. business is as follows: Wednesday, February 12.—10 a.m.: Interpretation’ Tallymen’s Award; electrical workers’ apprenticeship matters; .2.15, furniture apprenticeship matters.
Thursday,- February 13.—-10 a.m., bacon curers’ dispute; 2.15, Female Bookbinders’ Award. Friday, February 14.—10 a.m., Storemen’s and Packers’ Award; 2.15, Crawford v. John Fuller and Sons; Jensen v. Craigie ■ (two cases).
