LATEST FROM WANGANUI TODAY’S WORK-OUTS VISITORS ON THE SCENE Press Association WANGANUI Today. For the Wanganui Jockey Club meeting Corinax, In the Shade, Treasury, Taneriri, Joy Germ, Dolomite, My Own and Jenny Diver were among the latest arrivals. The weather was fine this morning for training operations on the grass track. Corinax and Pedestal cantered a round. twice sprinting down the straight. Hinewai ran half a mile in 50 2-5, Taneriri and Wild Country moving over six in 1.18. Cimabue ran four furlongs in 52. while Fernden’s four took 54. Paratoo covered three furlongs in 39, and Star Area finished well in front of Auctioneer, with Soviet four lengths farther back, at the end of seven furlongs in 1.31£. On the plough, Zarene ran six furlongs in 1.22. In the Shade did a couple of rounds at a solid pace, while others to do good work included Joy Germ, Dolomite, Abbey Queen, Treasury, My Own and Jenny Diver.
