ARCHDEACON WILLIAMS CONSECRATED YESTERDAY’S CEREMONY Press Association NAPIER, Sunday. The Ven. Archdeacon Herbert Wil liam Williams was consecrated Bisi.oi of Waiapu at St. John’s Church Napier, this morning. Archbisho] Averill and clergy from all parts o New Zealand were present at the cere mony. The service of installation too place in the evening.
