REPEAL OF DUTIES FEARED Reed. 10 a.m. LONDON, Thursday. Lord Olivier, of the West Indian Sugar Commission, has returned to London. Interviewed, he said if preference were annulled by the repeal of the sugar duties, without countervailing assistance, the British West Indies sugar industry would come to an end, except for local supplies.
