GETTING OUT Mr. Geo. McMillan, the local light-harness enthusiast, who races a big string of horses has disposed of his crack pair Dundas Boy and Koro Peter. The pacer was purchased by Mrs. Berryman, owner of Kempton, while the trotter has been acquired by Mr. F. W. Johnston, who races the promising three-year-old Silverwood. Mr. McMillan intends selling all his horses and is giving up his favourite pastime on account of the inconsistent treatment received at the hands of South Island handicappers. This phase of the question will later be dealt with by “Abaydos.”
