JOCKEYS INJURED
\ SERIOUS accident occurred ■*-*- during the running of the Moturoa Electric at New Plymouth yesterdayFour hcrses fell and two of the riders were injured. The field had gone about two furlongs when one of the runners. Golden Flower, came down and brougnt down three other horses—Cyr lie. Miss Ccbham and Coal Bag. The leading apprentice, K. Voitre, who was riding Cyrille, had both his forearms broken anc received other injuries. The apprentice R. Sandilands, who was riding Miss Cobham, broke his collarbone. J. Barry and C. Goulsbro , other riders in the accident, escaped inJU -T\ Tito, rider of Whisagne. who fell in the hurdle event, also broke a collarbone.
